Hummans have some of the best smithed armor in the game that can be made easily. HQ ore is a pain to get , mostly because of the weight. Before i had to get my troll warrior to kill all the green gobos for 3 hours or pay people 5pp a brick in HHK for 5 hours to get enough ore.
FINALLY there is the way to save time and alot of effort in the baazaar.

You receive an Empty Ore Crate. In the crate, combine four Small Bricks of Unrefined Ore (dropped by gnolls and goblins in various zones across all levels) to create a Small Shipment of High Quality Ore. Turn this in to Gliblixl Rocktok. Gliblixl Rocktok says 'Thank you! I will prepare the ore for sale and be open for business again momentarily. Here is your payment for your services.' Your faction standing with Traders of the Haven has been adjusted by 4. Your faction standing with House of Fordel has been adjusted by 1.
