You say, 'Hail, Jarrex N`Ryt'

Jarrex N`Ryt says 'What have we here? A new weakling that wishes to reap some sort of self-value and renown through service to the Indigo Brotherhood perhaps? Well speak up whelp!! Have you come to [destroy the enemies of Neriak] or are you a coward better suited to mop the filth from the back rooms of the Maidens Fancy. '

You say, 'I have come to destroy the enemies of Neriak'

Jarrex N`Ryt says 'If you are going to be of any value to the Indigo Brotherhood you will need to outfit yourself in a suit of armor that will turn aside the blades of enemy forces. From the looks of you even the tiny fangs of a moss snake could bring you death. Take this request form to Issva H'Rugla to get yourself started on the assembly of your armor. When you have procured some protection for your weakling body return to me for [further instruction]. '

You say, 'what further instruction?'

Jarrex N`Ryt says 'Ah, you are eager to advance further within the Indigo Brotherhood. Although it is my duty to aid your training, do not allow your arrogance to blind you to your lowly position amongst the Kings most loyal subjects. Your next task is to assist the construction of a [weapon] and [shield] worthy of being wielded by a Warrior of the Indigo Brotherhood. '

You say, 'what weapon?'

Jarrex N`Ryt says 'Beyond the mouth of Neriak lies the Nektulos Forest. There the Deathfist Clan of Orcs has set up camps in an attempt to invade and claim the Nektulos Forest. Slay these invaders and bring to me an Orc Templar Scalp, an Orc Fibula bone, and an Orc Clavicle bone. '

Turn in the 3 items:

Jarrex N`Ryt fashions the orc templar scalp, orc fibula, and orc clavicle into the likeness of a sword hilt. 'This will be the hilt of your new sword. Take this jagged blade and sharpen it in a [forge] using a [sharpening stone], it may take you several attempts if you are unfamiliar with the process. Once you have sharpened the blade take the hilt and the sharpened blade to Opal H'Rugla at the Blue Flame.'

For parts of the orc slayer armor.
Forge use

Giving the Orc Templar Scalp, the Orc Fibula bone, and the Orc Clavicle bone dont give you the weapon but two parts of it.

You have to combine them in a forge.
I tried, adding a sharpening stone, but it didn't work (the items don't combine).
I must have forget a detail the quest giver said.

Someone has a clue ?

Place a sharpening stone and the jagged blade part ONLY and it will work.
Don't try to sharpen the hilt, it's pointless.

Ok I have the 2 pieces of the sword, how do i combine them, i have tried the forge, it did not work. can some one tell me how to combine the pieces?
a shield is available

yep, shield needs 4 young kodiak femurs, bring them to Jarrex N'Ryt and he makes them for you. i havent done it yet, so i dont know the stats yet, nor if it's DE only, probably. also, that's the point behind the armor, is that it's DE only because you get the armor from neriak! hehe, it's for dark elves only!!! they'll probably be coming up with other race specific newbie armor as well, be patient.

It isn't the point if the weapon is bad or not, Its a DE ONLY item! And lets face it, wat about the satisfaction of strutting around as a fully equiped "Orc Slayer"!

When they bringing out the rogue armour.....

Drop rate

Orc Templar scalps are a fairly rare drop (killed about 20, no scalps dropped). The clavicle and fibula are pretty common though.

That's sheer luck.

I collected 3 templar scalps after 10 kills and never seen a fibula while spending two levels camping the orcs in Nektulos.
Clavicle was fairly uncommon to me as I only found two.

I suppose they all have the same rarity so it's mainly luck which determines what you collect.

they where added with the new patch. after the patch yesterday i saw them on track with my 16 ranger they are the same lvl as the orc camps in EC
Are these new since the patch?

I don't think I have ever seen a Deathfist Orc in Nektulos at all. I was curious if anyone knows if they are there know and what the faction hits are for this quest.
