Larquin Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Larquin Fe`Dhar' Larquin Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings, I am looking for one who is one with the wild beasts of the world. Do you call yourself a [Beastlord]?' You say, 'I am a Beastlord' Larquin Fe`Dhar says 'I have been waiting for one such as you to arrive. I have some equipment that is worthy of a great Beastlord. I have a cap, leggings, tunic, bracer, boots, sleeves, and gloves if you think you are worthy.' You say, 'What boots?' Larquin Fe`Dhar says 'Your feet are as hard as any stone and as swift as a coiled serpent but even the swiftest feet require protection so I shall provide you with these. They should help. Acquire a pair of unadorned leather boots and three crushed pieces of black marble.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned leather armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

ok these boots have to be by far the best piece me makeing a 65 warrior and hunted seb tille i fineally got my colbalt bracer !!! yes these beastlord boots are awesome as they can get got these on my 18 beastlord on maelin he loves them
