Bolli Hillfoot says 'If you want the Bracer of Concealment go gather for me a sky jewel, a mark of cunning, and an engraved black diamond statuette.'

The Sky Jewel is a random drop from various mobs across Luclin. The Mark of Cunning drops from A Powerful Rockhopper in The Twilight Sea. The Engraved Black Diamond Statuette drops from A Crag Ligi Engraver, also in The Twilight Sea.
