This item dropped off of a Tenacious Zelniak in Dawn Shroud Peaks it conned dark blue to me at 43

This dropped for me a few minutes ago in Scarlet Desert off a Powerful Rockhopper. I am a 52 monk and he conned light blue to me. Pretty easy kill. Seems like all the Rockhoppers spawn on the ground around the Sun Revnant Ruins on the mountain in the general area of pos 750 pos 11.

drops from "a mischevious shadow" in Twilight. There seems to be a random rare spawn on the shadows island sw of zone to Katta Castellum. The different named shadows alernate spawns, and roam the island. Mobs are 30-35, and the named are upper 30s (light blue at 56). VERY easy to kill as long as you keep them stunned.... they proc a 150hp lifetap every other hit almost.

I tried to kill "a Dark Shadow" last night and if the other are like him good luck rooting or snaring. I'm 52 and he was geen to me resisted 4 snares and countless roots.
