I got one of these, dropped off A Panther Cheetah (or somesuch name) in Scarlet Desert. We were killing Scarlet Cheetahs at the zoneline to The Grey, and came across another cheetah that had a different name, but was the same approximate level (blue to me a 53) which dropped this mark. Mark of the Tiger also dropped off another mob, maybe A Tiger Cheetah in the same zone.
