Hogunk Ventille (Warrior Guildmaster) is in the Warriors Guild at location +141, +305, +4.75 in South Kaladim. He's on Find (Ctrl+F). You'll need Amiable faction with Storm Guard to obtain this quest.
You say, 'Hail, Hogunk Ventille' Hogunk Ventille says 'Hail, and welcome to Stormguard Hall, home to all great warriors! Are you also a [warrior of the Stormguard] or do you [follow another guild]?' You say, 'I am a warrior of the Stormguard.' Hogunk Ventille says 'As I thought. You do not appear to be one who relies on wits rather than brawn, no offense. I have word that a Stormguard on duty has deserted his post at one of the guardposts in the Butcherblocks. I want you to go and seek him out. He is Guard Bundin. Return his Stormguard axe to me, along with his head. There shall be no cowards in the Stormguard!' Blyle Bundin sometimes roams the northwest part of Butcherblock Mountains. Kill him to loot Dwarf Head and Rusty Axe. You have slain Blyle Bundin! Your faction standing with Kaladim Citizens has been adjusted by -10. Hand Hogunk the Dwarf Head and the Rusty Axe. Hogunk Ventille says 'Aren't you forgetting something? I instructed you to return with Guard Bundin's Head and his Stormguard axe.' Hogunk Ventille says 'I shall display this in the guard hall. Let it be a warning to all those who dare to run from battle. As for you, that was splendid work, but next time, remember to wrap decapitated heads in something drip-proof. All i got was a tarnished two handed sword (like i need another one of those).
Did it again last night; was a bit bored running back to Kaladim, saw him, so I popped him. (OK, so I really went looking for him . . . )
He's no longer much of a challenge, now that I'm 10th level. He dropped the usual head and axe . .. but also a Fine Steel two-handed Staff. Yow! Then, Hogunk gave me 25 GP and a cracked staff. Made for a good night, I thought. Guess I've killed enough goblins and Aviak chicks to make someone happy.

Hogunk Ventille gave me Cracked Staff at first time, but I think this quest give good xp...

Oh, so that's why they didn't interfere and save my butt. I'm beginning to hate this sucker (Blyle); first time I tried him, I had him on the ropes, but when he ran, I lost track of him and was killed by the guard at the stone next to the docks entrance. The next time, he killed me. Third time? I had him in a good spot, but then a goblin jumped in on the action. Decided I couldn't take the two of them, so I ran for the guards at the ruined tower (the one with the hideously expensive elf merchant). They just stood and watched as Blyle and the Goblin stomped me . . . Thanks for the help, guys. Gotta go back and check them out.
Blyle says funny things -- as I died the second time, he said, "Maybe now I can get into the Stormguard!" Third time, when I pulled him, he said "Please just surrender!" Odd.
An update: Finally killed him, back at 7th level or so. Forget what I received, however.

I didnt get any bronze weapon for doing this quest
