Nalelin Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Nalelin Fe`Dhar' Nalelin Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings, I seek the ones who stalk through the forests protecting it. If you are one known as a ranger, submit to my will and become stronger. The tasks I set forth will not be easy. Are you ready to submit to my will?' You say, 'I am ready to submit my will' Nalelin Fe`Dhar says 'That is good, for there is nothing like the wrath of nature, woodland warrior. And Nature's wrath shall you be, with this armor to protect you in your struggle. I shall forge a coif, breastplate, sleeves, bracers, gauntlets, leggings, and boots for you.' You say, 'What boots?' Nalelin Fe`Dhar says 'For the boots, I shall require a pair of unadorned chain boots as well as three pieces of crushed black marble.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned chain armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

you get the unadorned chain in HoH you need to have good cov faction though

Not just good.. you need to have Ally Faction with the Claws of Veeshan.. ie Velious Dragons
There are three types of chain, dropping in three different locations for three different velious quests. The chain for Thurgadin quest armors are called Corroded Chain, and drop in Kael. For the Skyshrine quests, then chain is called Unadorned Chain and drops in the HoT area of Temple of Veeshan. The Kael armor is called Tarnished Chain and drops in north Temple of Veeshan.

If this has not been figured out yet, the unadorned chain boots drop from dragons in TOV.

I looked at www.questing-ranger.com, under quests/skyshrine.....apparently the chain drops from Kael drakkel, so have fun, and i am gonna hit the geonid caves for some crushed gems, int casters dont kill geos nice quest they give you, but im a ranger so blah....

I tryed www.questing-ranger.com and couldn't get of the main screen.How do you get to the to the quest and other stuff that the site has to offer?

Unadorned armor (chain plate whatever) drops in Temple of Veeshan. Corroded drops in Kael. And I forget the Kael quest armor but the pieces you need for it drop also in TOV.
