Ok so the chain bracelet drops in tov, can we be a little more specific and the emeralds where can i get my hands on these. any help would be appreciated...

Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned chain armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. No he is not being vague. The chain drops off any mob in the halls of testing. The only purpose of the halls of testing is to drop quest armor for every class.
