Ocoenydd Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Ocoenydd Fe`Dhar' Ocoenydd Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings to you. I seek those who call themselves magicians. Are you a magician, little one?' You say, 'I am a magician' Ocoenydd Fe`Dhar says 'I thought so. I have several tasks for you accomplish. Once you have completed them I will have a cap, a robe, sleeves, wristbands, gloves, leggings and boots to reward you with.' You say, 'What boots?' Ocoenydd Fe`Dhar says 'These supple boots shall be yours upon receipt of a pair of tattered silk boots and three crushed jaundice gems.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Tattered silk armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back. Ocoenydd Fe`Dhar says 'Excellent! I had not thought that one such as you would be able to complete such a task. Now I will hold up my end of the bargain. Here is the armor that I promised I would fashion for you upon returning these items to me. Wear it with pride!' Your faction standing with Claws of Veeshan could not possibly get any better. Your faction standing with Yelinak got better. Your faction standing with Kromzek could not possibly get any worse. You gain experience!! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

You must be an ally with the Temple of Veeshan faction.....this means kill more giants in Kael or complete more Thurg quests. Taking out a named in Kael will help greatly (Vindi) They provide a huge faction boost to ToV.

for those that don't have the epic stats offhand they are :
str 15
dex 5
sta 10
int 20
mana 100
save fire 20
save cold 20
save magic 10
Add those to the numbers below,and consider that the face, ears, neck,fingers,waist,shoulder,off hand slot,range slot are still available for more stat enhancements. Dont know about you guys but that is the route i will take.

do what i did write down all the stats for the full set of armor. Log on and strip off the items that would be replaced by the ss armor.Add up all the stats and resists mana ect.
the full set give:
ac- 49
hit points (not including the ac effect on this )290
str 6
magic resist 30
fire resist 22
cold resist 35
poison resist 23
disease resist 26
sta 36
int 55
agi 20
whole set weight 3 pounds
manna free burn out 3 lava shield and bandades
the effect of reclaim energy i dont see as a big deal
Now go do the math this is some nice stuff as a complete set. Dont forget your epic stats go nice with this too. Also not the other slots available for more stat enhancments.

For something that has this level of difficulty to acquire you would expect something better for its effect.

I agree the effect is pretty weak, but I did want to say to the person who said why bother it doesn't even have int, that at the lvl you need to be to accquire these chances are that your int is maxed and these are a very nice pair of resist gear. Which is what you need at the higher lvls. If you can't resist the spells of the mobs (especially the ones that use ae) you probably won't live long enough to use all your mana up anyway.
