Qynydd Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Qynydd Fe`Dhar' Qynydd Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings to you. I seek one who calls himself a druid. What do you call yourself, manling?' You say, 'I am a druid' Qynydd Fe`Dhar says 'Good. I had hoped you were one. As nature's guardian, you fight the never-ending struggle against those who seek to defile it. It is an admirable quality and I wish to aid you. I will provide you with a cap, a tunic, sleeves, bracers, gloves, leggings and boots.' You say, 'What leggings?' Qynydd Fe`Dhar says 'As the roots support the mighty oak, so shall these leggings support you. Furnish me three chipped onyx sapphires and a pair of unadorned leather leggings.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned leather armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Who drops the leggings in ToV?

I've been blessed with receiving from TOV several pieces of leather...stats are awesome. Leather drops are not that rare there. The other night we got 4 pair of leather gloves for example. Sure some BP's would be nice, but you have to start somewhere.
The gems we have found in Wakening Lands by killing geonids and suits of sentinent armor.

Actually leather and chain the two most rare, silk after that, with plate being most common from my experience, and in most cases, if you get leather it's the gloves :p

Is temple of veeshan the only place where these legings drop?

Yes, all the pieces are no drop. If the item has not yet been quested it can be Multi Quested.

The leather part drops in ToV from random mobs (just got some last night), and the gems drop in CS, SG, and a few other random places. Leather in ToV is pretty rare though, so be prepared for that.

I have these legs and I would rate them as EXCELLENT. They not only look terrific, they have the best stats on legs for a druid :)

Alright there are no posts on this and obviously someone has gotten them. Know where all the gems come from, but how bout the unadorned leather leggings?
