Qynydd Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Qynydd Fe`Dhar' Qynydd Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings to you. I seek one who calls himself a druid. What do you call yourself, manling?' You say, 'I am a druid' Qynydd Fe`Dhar says 'Good. I had hoped you were one. As nature's guardian, you fight the never-ending struggle against those who seek to defile it. It is an admirable quality and I wish to aid you. I will provide you with a cap, a tunic, sleeves, bracers, gloves, leggings and boots.' You say, 'What sleeves?' Qynydd Fe`Dhar says 'As the bark protects the limbs of the tree, so shall these sleeves protect your arms. Bring me a pair of unadorned leather sleeves and three jaundice gems.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned leather armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

ok. ive been soloing in cs, and these jaundice gems drop fairly commonly for me. are these the quest gems? or do you need jaundiced gems for it (jaundiced ending with a D)? btw jaundice gems aren't magicial items, so you would think this wouldn't be it. but still, which one??

The stuff you kill in TOV is NOT on COV faction. So you don't ***** yourself over like you would think. And I HIGHLY recommend having good COV faction before going to ToV.

well, some stuff in tov is on CoV faction.... including all the mobs at the entrance.... and some in the north wing ( i think north wing is quest area.... fergot offhand) but yes, good COV faction is nice to have in ToV if you want to go farther than the entrance heh, unless your guild is on giant faction.

so i have to kill something in temple of veeshan which is obviously on CoV faction? to give to someone in SS who is also CoV faction? thats a little absurd

The dragons you kill for SS armor are in the halls of testing. they have no faction hit.

BTW its a tizmak looking armor set with a rust/dark red overtone. Its fairly cool lookin on a wood elf and dark elf druid.

If it were any druid that had a pre-nerf Guise of the Deceiver, then it would sure look like a dark elf.

it dropped in Kael Drakkal som days ago. -the unadorned leather...

The leather need for Skyshrine is NOT dropped in Kael , only the armor need for thurgadin quests are dropped in Kael (You need 1 55+ group or 2 50+ groups to do the Arena area in Kael, with about 1 armor drop per 4-5 guys)
The armor needed for Skyshrine quest is ONLY dropped in The Halls of Testing area in Temple of Veeshan (right at atrium) You need 3-4 groups of 50+ to hunt the area with about 4-6 pices dropping each time you clear the area (about a 4 hour spawn i belive)
The leather seems to drop most frequenty off the Ragnars and gaurdian wurms
