Drops in ToV and is available for all classes plate/dhain/silk/leather combined with the correct quest gems for individual classes and handed in to the correct class quest giant whom you need to be ally to. FULL sets drop in ToV

Ancient Tarnishd drops in Kael off of various named giants. Boots are a relatively common drop. At least 3-4 pairs dropped in a guild raid yesterday on E-marr. :)
