where does tarnished chain drop?!?!? I cant find it anywhere! (w/o killing giants..and that wouldnt work too well would it!)

All the Kael quest armour, if I'm not wholly mistaken drops in Skyshrine.

Well, I was wholly mistake.. as is completely aware to most people, Kael quest armour drops in the Temple of Veeshan: West (and to a lesser extent North).
