Dudes look it says Kael as in Kael Drakkel these are giants not Dragons But you still need a group of 60s o farm here

hmmm u guys are weird, didn't know there where dragons in Kael, must be a new thing! Wait i guess when u smoke crack giants could look sorta like dragons!
Anyone know where the ancient tarnished breastplate drops? I'd like to start doing this quest with my guild for this bp. Thanks for the help.

i know that this armour is dropped in ToV but what dragon would i need to kill to have the best chance of getting it?
Armor pieces usually drop from regular non-named dragon guards, wyverns, and drakes in ToV. Plate and chain class armor drops are more frequent in WToV. Cloth and leather can usually be found on the entry mobs. Armor pieces drop about 20% of the time.
I can't recall any named ToV mobs dropping quest armor pieces. They usually drop actual wearable armor (not stuff you have to quest for).
All quested armor can be multi-quested. Simply have someone hand in the armor piece while grouped, then the recipient of the armor hands in the needed gems to receive the armor. Both people must have sufficient faction or the items will be eaten.

Man if it takes a group of 60s to kill a dragon i guess lvl 21 20 and 24 group will not suffise.<sigh>

ok, I have a question I'm hoping someone can answer. I'm a pally on Luclin, and nobody's been able to answer my question of "where can i find ANY ancient tarnished drops for the Shining kael armor quests?" i would REALLY appreciate any information about this, i'm almost done collecting everything i need, but damned if i can find any ancient tarnished drops

This is Kael armor quest, that means the armor you need drops in Temple of Veeshan, not Kael Drakkal... Corroded drops in Kael, and is for the Thurgadin Armor, aka Runed Protector...

This is either wrong, or the info on this quest in Everlore is!!.. I says here Ancient Tarnished BP, while in Everlore it sais the quest needs a CORRODED BP, who talked to the Thurgadin guy & can confirm weather the info in hand is false or correct?.. I wanna start on the Quest & cant figure out weather to hunt for the Pieces in Kael or Veeshan!
Firstly...Everlore sucks...sorry, had to throw that out there. Ok...there is 3 version of Velious quest armor..Thurgadin, Skyshrine, and Kael. Thurgadin is the armor quests that you need the CORRODED for...Kael armor quests requires ANCIENT TARNISHED. Hope that helps...

ummm can anyone tell me where the ancient armor is dropped for this quest? my pally is just about 50 and climbing fast (i know there is a brick wall at 51) and could really use some good armor, better then the crap that he has now ;)
