Whoever asked about the flawed = flawless thing, I think you need to know this as it may serve you sometime in reality...Flawed is when something is not perfect, Flawless is when something is perfect...they are opposites. Just thought you should know this.

there is no way in hell you could get a lvl 1 into ToV to get the pieces needed for the kael quests. not only do you need the pieces for the key, you would have to get faction up, you would be *** raped by everything in kael, WW, and ToV, invis or not. many of these mobs aoe and theres no way in hell you could do it

i have bad news for you I saw a lv 1 in here on a raid. if they're buffed and protected by an entire guild yes it is possible to do so.

Impossible, you have to be level 46 to zone into ToV. Though it is possible to multi the pieces with a lower level character, given faction.

Flawed sea saphires drop in Cobalt Scar off wyverns and Dragon Necropolis off rats. Hope this helps.

From one of the patches for Kael Armor quests, I hear you have to get your faction with the King
better than warmly to complete the quests. (Sees you as an ally)

this armor drops in Temple of Veeshan, you gots to roll on it cuz i think most classes need it

The gems that drop in Cobalt scar are Flawless...is that the same thing as flawed?
Nope... the flawed ones drop I think in Kael itself, so I guess it's all a matter f how much extra time you want to spend either buying the gems or gacking giants for them.

LoL, with people like FoH and other "uber" guilds running around with crazy amounts of power, they could easily farm the items with thier mains, log in thier lvl 1's and loot the item, and just buy the gems....so yeah, lvl 1 is actually possible, sad but possible =P
