My guild was starting back up on Ntov for the 3rd day in a row .. and as we broke it a non-named drake dropped the helm and i won it :) Just need to know where in kael this guy is and where the guy is to customize it :)

You turn into the Guy Mentioned above then to Grand ArmorSmith Korin in room to Side of the Quest mob. Otherwise it is a normal plate graphic helm.

It drops in ToV there is a full set of plate/leather/silk/chain there for each class, made different by the gems you hand in with it i.e a plate bp can be worn by a warrior/cleric/bard etc but needs different gems for each class. Gems are different for each piece of armour.
To get this armour you need a good guild would not even think about going to ToV pre 52 and you need more in the 55-60 range. Also need GOOD resist gear as well :)

The info for this quest and the legs both ask for a helm. I doubt you'll get a helm and greaves from the same combo of armor and gems.
