Can't find one. I've now spent at least 3 hours over the last couple days, staring into every bush, around every tree, under every treant or bear, with grass turned off. Looked up all the recorded locs. Nothing. I remember being frustrated years ago on this, but finally got one. Now I can't seem to get one. It's the only thing yet to do in the Achievements in the Steppes.
Sorry to rant. Just need to vent and maybe suggest these scrolls be made hot pink or something.

This solo task begins with a Gnoll named Toegnasher (in the Gnoll camp in the vicinity of 675, 75 (on the west side of the pathway's north tip).
You say, 'Hail, Toegnasher' Toegnasher says 'Everyone wants to know something. Bark! What do you want to know, Troll? I want to know something too. If you can you help me [find it], I might trade something for the information.' You say, 'I will help you find it' You have been assigned the task 'Book for Toegnasher'. Toegnasher says 'I'm looking for an old book. It says something about. . . about the past. You bring me the book and I'll give you something.' Toegnasher seems a bit sketchy about dealing with you. Perhaps it might improve his disposition if you found this book he speaks of. Toegnasher says there are four pages to this book. Find them. And give them to him. The 1st three steps of the task can be performed in any order.. Deliver the first page of the ancient book to Toegnasher 0/1 (The Steppes) This is found as a ground spawn in random locations throughout the grove in the west-central part of the zone. Known locations: 107, 1213; -70.09, 1157.88, 85.76; 208.91, 1139.83, 93.39; -7.92, 1165.32, 100.13; -544.45, 963.19. Deliver the second page of the ancient book to Toegnasher 0/1 (The Steppes) Drops from a burly hill giant in The Steppes Deliver the third page of the ancient book to Toegnasher 0/1 (The Steppes) This drops off Nightmoon Kobolds in Icefall Glacier. (It's also a rare drop off the elemental "Whiteflame" in the eastern part of Valdeholm's frozen lake.) Once the first three pages are handed in... Make a rubbing of the symbol on the druid stone. Use a piece of parchment to make the tracing 0/1 (The Steppes) From looking at the three other pages, you think that the fourth was a picture of the rune on the stone at the center of the druid's circle. Take a rubbing of it, Toegnasher probably wont know if it's the real thing or not. Deliver the copy of the rune you made to Toegnasher 0/1 (The Steppes) Upon hand-in: Toegnasher seems pleased with the pages you gave to him.
