You can find Kaelynn Stearns (click for map image) the safe area of the northern part of Feerrott, the Dream (approximate location 1150, 1330).
You say, 'Hail, Kaelynn Stearns' Kaelynn Stearns says 'Greetings, _____. Have you found any [dreams] recently?' You say, 'Found any dreams? Have you gone mad?' Kaelynn Stearns says 'Well, dream fragments. Nebulous fragments, to be exact. I've found that they can be woven into a lesson to learn, like an ability or a [spell].' You say, 'How can I get a spell?' Kaelynn Stearns says 'If you bring me a nebulous dream fragment, I can weave a new experience for you.' A task window pops up. Pick out which type of dream fragment you have. You have been assigned the task 'Lesser Nebulous Dream Fragment'. Kaelynn will give you a level 87 ability in return for a Lesser Nebulous Dream Fragment. Be careful not to choose an ability you have already learned! Deliver 1 Lesser Nebulous Dream Fragment to Kaelynn 0/1 (The Feerrott) On turning a fragment, you get your choice out of all your Level 87 spells or tomes.
