Sleeves Drop in Keal.. There Torn Enchanted sleeves.. till u turn in the gems with them and make them the Beguilers sleeves..

Just a question of opinion .. for info the sentient guards are easy to solo at 55+ and drop rare crushed gem and sentient ( SK) armor. Topaz can be found there much easily then in other places. Just need to care at panther and have you pet allways buffed. ( dont try charm kite there too much agro ).
