Ok, check this one out. To do this quest you have to be REALLY liked by the Steel Warriors. However after 90 Gnoll Fangs I am LOVED in Halas and still Apprehensive to the Steel Warriors, I have dont the silly mail quests and the ice goblin necklaces. After 5 days of trying to boost my faction with the Steel Warriors I have come to one conclusion. ITS NOT WORTH IT! I mean really! Why Bother with them unless you are a Warrior (in which case you start amible to them anyway so faction quests are STILL a waste of time). By the time your high enough lvl to get the Hero Bracer from them you can already be in Velious doing your Ice Forged Shackle quest... MUCH better than the Hero Bracer. This game is full of quest for armor and faction that by the time you are high enough lvl to complete them you can already do quests for much better gear. This quest is a complete waste of time.. unless your a warrior whom accidently lost your faction with your own people. For eveyone else... there is better things to worry about than the silly Steel Warrriors.

You should test your skills with Brin Stolunger. When you have done that, then, maybe you could [assist] me.' You say, 'I will assist you.' Tabure Ahendle says 'So, you think you be of assistance to me? Let me test your skill. Travel to Erudin and seek out the beasts which are called Kobolds. I have never seen one and would very much like to have four Kobold Hides with which to make a rug. To do so would earn you some barely used rawhide armor - maybe even a shield.' Hand her the four Kobold Hides. Tabure Ahendle says 'Incredible!! Such grand tones. It shall make a fine rug. You have shown me that you cannot always judge a book by its cover. You are quite skilled. Would you like to perform a [dangerous task] for me?' Your faction standing with Steel Warriors has been adjusted by 20. Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos has been adjusted by 4. Your faction standing with Corrupt Qeynos Guards has been adjusted by -3. Your faction standing with The Freeport Militia has been adjusted by -3. Your faction standing with Knights of Truth has been adjusted by 4. You gain experience!!
