Kulver at the big tree near the entrance to Oggok. He gave me a bag and a collector's cheat sheet - said he'd give me the shiny staff he was holding if I collected some stuff for him. Since my ogre SK is only 2, I am not sure how well I'll do with this.
He's not listed in the mob graveyard. Is this a new quest or an old one? He also sells (for free) some delicious treats. Me likey!

I was playing my druid and I was surprised. I went in, wolf formed, and was no longer KOS. I believe I was indif. My druid is a halfling. This only pertained to front guards. Do not blame me if the SK's still hate ya. Lol.

Today me, a 43 Shaman and my friend a 43 SK were pulling bouncers in Oggok, after running out of bouncers we came across Exterminator Grog. He was a dark blue con, so we assumed a variation of a bouncer. After harm touching him for 521 plus other assorted melee and spells, we ran for the zone with SK at 50% health and Exterminator Grog's health never once going below 99%.
Anyone have any I dea on who this guy is, he's now my new hero so I must know.

This guy is a Newbie quest NPC. the one you turn rodent parts into for coin and exp, so is Probably a major under-con like the newbie guards.
He hits same as rest of bouncers, only difference is huge mass of hp.

New mob in oggok, smaller than the regular armadillo, probably vermin akin to the "a_rat" that is popping up everywhere.
Saw a new guy in Oggok today... Bubbgrib. He looks like one of the normal ogre guards, isn't on the ogre guard faction, and cons blue at 54. When hailed, he sparked a conversation about creating armor, possibly racial. Any other info?

Bubbgrib has been around since I started playing, over a year ago. No idea why he isn't in the bestiary, though. He used to give out the recipes for the crappy old cultural armor and now tells you about the new(ish) ogre cultural armor, the blue diamond based stuff.

The Beastlord guildmaster, Bordag, after giving him your note says, "You strong and mean like bear! You wear bear fur so all know you beastlord o'da Feerrott! Talk to Grapok and get to work!"
Who is this Grapok fellow and where does he hide out and why should I find him? I would guess this should lead me to the newbie armor quest that ogres, trolls, barbarians or vah shir (notice all the large races) still don't have. Is this a safe assumptions?

Grapok is two rooms to the right of Bordag, on the same floor. He gives out the newbie beastlord armor for ogres, and has been around since Luclin came out.

Anyone know if I would be able to kil guards with a bard and warr friend or even solo i have good stuff. Im a lvl 45 cleric with warden symbol of tunare and donal stuf(boots and vambraces).

Absolutely, there's nothing special about the guards here except that they hit hard for their levels. Nothing a 45 Cleric, Warrior and Bard can't deal with though.
I went here to use the bank as a Dark Elf Mage and I had no problem with the Ogre's. My Dark Elf ShadowKnight mate went with me and she had no problems in here either. We're going back to bind here so I can do the Shovel of Ponz Mage quest in Feerrot and she to do her SK quest.

I just need to learn how to raise my faction high enough so I can do the quest. However, my friend said Killing Frogloks and Lizard-Men would help my faction. Only in 2 days, my guilds gonna help me get the Ink of Dark by going into Lguk Dead Side and both camp Ghoul Lord and King, but I dont wanna be ambushed by hundreds of Frogloks as a team of 2 groups (Myself included)patrol Lguk for anything odd. We're also gonna camp Arch Mage for robe, but thats another story. And 1 week from now, were gonna do a Temple of Cazic-Thule raid and Im gonna this time, stick with the raid, not patrolers, but since were gonna get ambushed by alot of Lizzies, I dont wanna be a main target! What should a Enchanter with Low health do???

Hmmm! Well I personally wouldn't take my 36 War into the Cazic-Thule Temple let alone a 34 Chanter. I've seen groups of 55+ get WASTED and train the zoneline out of the temple where I was trying to heal up. Unless we are talking about 2 different temples....I truly hope U R good at CR.
As his post was dated Jun 4th, I don't think Cazic Thule had been upgraded yet.. it used to be a mid 30s dungeon for the most part.. Now of course it's a 55+ zone and has been made rather tough.. *shrug* I don't remember the exact date it got upgraded

I am a Dark Elf Necromancer and my level 20 pet spell is only sold here in the SK guild.

Ok I'm a Gnome chanter(agnostic) and I wanted to do the Stein of Moggok quest. I'm KoS as a gnome though and I didn't think I would be. If I had on DE illusion would that fix this problem? I'm only lvl 9 at the moment so I haven't been able to try it cause you get that spell at lvl 12. Considering the only reason I built this char was to do this quest I don't wanna waste my time gettin to 12 if it's not even gonna help. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

OK a lil update here. This is the same person as above. I just hit lvl 12 with my chanter today and to my GREAT satifaction DE illusion works like a charm in Oggok. The guards are still dubious to me but I can manage to do the stein quest with the illusion on. Just a lil fyi for all ya'll havin trouble with the quest.

I can attest to the guards dropping this as well. My 'wife' a Pally and I a Mage were running thru Feerrott headed to who knows where LOL and got jumped by some guard. We killed it fairly easy although he hit like a truck.

I dont know about the quest. But killing the guards makes it drop. I could kill Bouncer Bak at level 42 as a Shaman just soloing. They have stupid high resists, but if you can get past that then you are fine. Drop rate was about half dropped it, half didn't....

I am a lvl 9 Erudite Mage and I am planning on doing the Stein of Mogguk quest, I know it will be hard and will envolve alot of faction tweaks but I don't have the 200+ platinum to spend on an item which I could get myself with a bit of time. My question is how can I raise my faction so I can enter this place, once I am in I will do newbie quests to get at least indiff with Clurg and the guards but I can't seem to find any mobs to kill to raise my faction in ogguk and keep it in good cities, would there be any way of doing this without an enchanter a
Kill Slaves in Crushbone. And do the breadquest from SK

ive found this city to be an excellent place to bank for chanters hunting in cazic thule, and rathe mtns. just put on an ogre illusion and invis till u get to the bank, then take off invis, and bank. gate and its very safe, just keep invis and illusion on.

I have found out that he is involved with a quest of some sort. He wants some sort of coin.
Hits for 187 (paid lvl 4 noob to test it out) and is red to a lvl 54.
Please help me out, if you can. Also, he has no sword, so i guess he quads for around 200 (stronger then the outside guards, I think.) I will post a transcript if I can, tomorrow, of what he says.

Bidils the quickfingers is another hall of heroes quests who mentions kizrak and someone named aerelina the gentle, bidils stole something from bristlbane and was noticed and taken to the hall of heroes. if there is one in every city I am guessing he is the rivervale one, and by the name of aerelina she is an elf of sorts.

He's a part of the new Realm of Heroes quest. There seem to be a 'hero' in every city, I ve personally seen the one in Ogguk and in Grobb (don t remember the name though sorry). I know nothing about the quests except they all seem to have something to do with coins.

you hail him and the message he sends is blunt and ignorent there are words in the [brackets] I think thay are his name ... you say his name and he tells you a little more ... mentions the realm of heroes and leading armies of rallos zek.... he asks for a coin to prove your worth and saus something about getting it from a god .... so... I've actually seen similar posts about this quest in the Safehouse webpage randomly... They have found random coins, one of which from rivervale, one from somewhere else, and did not know what to do with them. Perhaps you guys should both put your heads together to figure out this quest!
