NPC not found

I was in the zone screwing around with begging and saw this npc up towards the top left corner of Firiona Vie in the goody too shoes outpost. Positive 994 Negative 3365. She was only selling 2 items. A Planar Fletching Kit was one of the items. She only had 1 in stock though so maybe some one sold it to her. The other item was an Innoruuk Emulsifier for 3sp, 1cp. EDIT: Also saw a Simza Daggermist close to the other npc. She only had a few items but it looks like they were stuff that were sold to her. So she probably doesn't have any inventory stuff unless people sell stuff to her.

Found Shalae Wolfkin, her /loc is +207, -3349 approx, I am standing next to her.

does that mean that if you need an npc that was in FV they're now in the Drovlog Castle?

All of the inhabitants of FV outpost have retreated to the formerly Drolvarg-owned castle along the eastern edge of the zone. As stated, only a few of the people even mention their exodus, and nothing said sounds like a way to initiate action.

Can't find a " Drolvarg War Rager " . It's needed for a task. Anyone ever see one?

Could a lvl 36 druid do well solo in this zone? If not Ill just stick to LDoN...lol.

For a 40 Dark Elf rogue the drachnids con lblue to dblue. I've had few encounters, but I believe you need SOW before enterring. A rogue will be able to sneak and hide to the zone of Ill Omen and you should pull towards that zone once you are comfortable with it.

I was pulling without SOW and I was scared of adds basically coz for a lblue - killed it with 70%-80% to spare. I think the dblues would be in the order of 50%-60% life remaining. I have approx 1000 hps so it gives you an understanding of what its like.

The drachnids are all casters.

I think this is a a good zone for a rogue to solo as you have the ill omen zone close by. No other dark race (without the aid of invisibility) and class could solo here as guards patrol near the PoK book and once past the guards everything is against you !!!

The good rogue will set up camp near the zone specified. Don't use intimidate as it will just pull in adds.

"a drachnid silkstrander", cons white to me at lvl 33. not mentioned in the above list, but probably alike the rest of the drachnids. also there are "a drachnid weblurker", cons darkblue at 33.

A fairly quick way of raising faction in FV is to kill goblins at the fort in Warsliks Woods--this also raises Legion of Cabillis faction too ( but not Swifttails ). I have max FV faction now as an ogre, although haven't been to FV yet to see where I stand. If you have ever camped Grachnist the Destroyer for a SGSE for any amount of time you will know that you can take out the whole fort of goblins solo faster than their 6 min repop if you are level 44+ and especially a pet class.

I was checking to see if the Translocator was still up at the docks here in FV and on my way across the docks I ran into a bard NPC I've never seen before. I hailed him and he gave me the response of, "Greetings Qeynestri. Are you enjoying your visit to the outpost? I know I am." I couldn't figure out a trigger phrase to get more out of him and right now I can't remember his name, but he's standing on one of the docks wielding a lute. I figure he's part of a new quest because I don't see anything remotely similar to the name I can't remember. Any help?

My research needs the Words of Tyranny for my level 16 Earth pet spell. Anyone here ever find it and if so where? My research says its on a Sarnak Flunkie at the Lake of Ill Omen close to Firiona Vie. Any assistance would be very appreciated.

Actually, Drachnids are not on MM faction although killing them lowers your MM faction. I am regarded Warmly in MM but the spiders still attack me. I think they're on Agents of Mistmoore faction or whatever the other one is.

I'm a 52 Barbarian Shaman and need to venture into FV to get a new spell. Will I be KOS there? Just curious before I head in.

I noticed that the Spell trader isnøt on the list of Quests in the FV section, and by trading, I mean giving one scroll and getting another in return.

Bobhund, lvl 52 Druid, but with an up and coming Shaman.

I saw a Troll running thru town named Mister Fizzle. Appears to be Shaman Class. He was running around killing all the pilgrims. I was wondering if anyone knew some info on him. I noticed inconsistancies with the few posts about him. Some say the guards will defend him, others say the guards kill him.

I'm a human sk, am i KoS here? i'm not in almost all cities though.

i have been for LOIO and FV lots of times but after a while the spiders are now my friend! i dont know how or what fraction you need to incress you fraction with the spiders but all i know is i am friends with the spiders! plz cam some one tell me?!

Why dont the guards help you when you run into town...this is B.S. Is there something i need to do first raise a faction or should i just keep dying...lol
