killing all 5 Chancellors will update the task, 'A Shiv in the Ribs', given by L****'s Ghost in the zone Ruins of Takish-Hiz. The Chancellors dropped random trash loot only. The task reward was the ring only (stats of which are 10 levels below that required to complete the task), as advertised.
This mob is a target in the 10th anniversary quest "Culling Fever - Bertoxxulous' Favor", he is stationary and does not die or attack after you cast the potion on him:
So far i have found 2 mobs missing from the list: a Clan Vorzek mystic and a sylph trickster. Found 2 more :P : a Clan Vorzek neophyte and a Clan Vorzek wanderer
saw your post i saw another to add to list of missing npc raging elementals. Immune to runspeed and also makes tons of pets of same name when pulled. so no idea what for or what drops well beyond me just kitting solo i think.
not sure if its npc or killable mob but she is up inside one of the towers in the village near zone in, just thought u should add this npc on ur mobs in elddar
Animist Yeoh: Spawns in the middle of the orc camp - Not quite as rare as Cerhan the wild but still many hours and niether a parry nor healing aura. Pull both from the same spot on the north wall. I can duo him warrior(16k/3k) and my alt cleric (9k hp/mana) The hard part is clearing some trash to pull him. Orcs won't add unless they see you. Same with all the animals, non agro till something sees you fighting then chain adds inc.
Here's the full clip I made of Yeoh and Cerhan encounters. Well clips of various videos I'd taken while camping then over a couple days with various people dropping by.

ph theory = PHs for group-killable rares in this zone seem to be monsters that have names that are one of a kind (no more than 1 of this PH up at any given time in zone) .. like there is just one "a free spirit" in the zone (PH for tunarshin the free) etc..
(not all of these are confirmed) a free spirit = tunarshen the free a wild tiger = Cerhan the Wild an unkempt treant = volwen the unkempt a clay totemkeeper = totemkeeper gaz an enchanted oak spirit = spirit of the oak a clawed spirit = spirit of the claw? a fanged spirit = spirit of the fang an enchanted forest spirit = spirit of the forest an enchanted wind spirit = spirit of the wind a sylph trickster = Trickster Velena
a takish scrollkeeper = Scrollkeeper Bonneki? a takish arcanist = ??? a takish geomancer = ??? a takish performer = ??? a takish loyalist = ??? a takish natureguard = ??? a takish prophet = ??? a takish templekeeper = ??? a takish watchman = ???
that reminds me wasn't there a company in pokemon that made the "sylph scope" lol
I had been thinking similar thoughts to this theory as well and think its probably right on the mark. I will spend some time checking these guys out and post back if anything different appears.
Curious if anyone else has an inordinate amount of lag in this zone ? I experience no problems with pretty much any other zone in the game ......... Elddar ............. is f''king AWFUL
I get severe lag here too -- I have been told that it's due to the trees -- perhaps they don't block lines of sight correctly. Turning down the actor clip plane seemed to help.
