Evasive disc is a huge help on killing these two. They hit for close to 1k max with no shielding, but their min hit isn't much less, maybe 850hp. Since the range of hits is so small, Stonewall/Defensive are less useful than Evasive. Maxed Shielding helps a ton.

The restless wraith is a standin for the High Priest Nkosi Bakari. The HP is spawnable when it is there. You have to go through the caves and kill all of the Vrex Invokers. On death, they trigger a Shade of a Vrex Invoker which is not attackable yet. They head to the restless wraith. When all five Shades are there, the restless wraith poofs and the HP spawns.
2 mobs that i seen missing from bestiary for this zone are "a ravenous corpsefeeder" and "an ancient hynid scavenger"...both are DB to white to a lvl 70...will try and get pics of them
Fulmination is a PBAE spell. When mobs around 20% have all casters cower behind a coner or in another safe room or run behind a wall to avoid it. its very hard to resist. And yes only Ruiner's cast AE this spell when dead.
I have seen 3 augments that have dropped off of random trash mobs, dont seem to be too common but not very rare like the augs in Qvic. I won this one last night and there are 3 others that I have seen but do not remember names of them. The other two augs have exact same stats accept instead of spell shield they are shielding +1% and strikethrough +1%
I don't know what it is but it seems that GoD trials are soo hard with just a pick up group. It could be that i have only tried the 5th and 6th one but it seems if anyone makes 1 mistake its all over...
Guesse I will just keep trying till I get a good group and we get a little bit of luck.. If anyone has any better ideas i would be glad to hear them :-)

Gates of Discord is something the End gamers of Everquest have wanted for a while beacuse LDoN sucked so bad raid wise. The main reason most people dont like it is because of the level of difficulty of the events and mobs - take Uqua for example. Even though it was slighted to be much easier there are still complaints of its difficulty. Another example would be the knights whining openly on the Everquestlive forums about getting owned by a boss mob that quads 3100. This was bad because knights were only being used to main assist plows and required two healers. Clearly there is something wrong there. /boggle Anyway heres a little info about the zone - wandering mobs hitting average at 1400 flurrying and ae'n(look below), 6 or 7 could easily wipe a raid of 54 people.Take this for example when you kill certain mobs they cast this upon death. Fulmination. The Mastruq's hit like trucks and rampage, I think Mastuq's max hit up to 2000. Not sure because I dont tank.. or try not to. It is hard to explain the difficulty of the events in this zone without compromising the integrity and information of specific events so Im not going to go into Detail, but I will say I love the challenge that Gates of Discord has to offer.
Amen. Gates of DIscord is, in my opinion, a FANTASTIC expansion. The EQ community is simply used to unchallenging material. Bastion of Thunder was considered the "high game" for MONTHS after Planes of Power came out. Now I as a cleric can solo there. And I'm nothing but WoSlaughter equipped, with some elementals thrown in.
