Fabled Gigadon, now i think there is some confusion about what drops the Cleric only hammer. This guy dropped it for me and None of the other rares did. I spawned this guy by clearing the north shark tank, spawned after second clearing. I also managed to spawn fabled Hammertooth in the South shark tank. It seems they each have their own room. Hit even with other fables in front area, conned DB to 85. Good luck...

Confirming the post about the Fabled Triloun Warder.
It spawns in the same room as the Fabled Ferocious Barracuda. Just to reiterate where that is: From the zone in, enter the water and go north into the first big room, continue north and there is a tunnel on your right (east), take it, this tunnel T's quickly, take another right and follow that around the corner. This leads to another large room. All of the mobs in the room wander. Just wait a second and it can go from a four pull to a single.
Yesterday, I had the Fabled Warder, Fabled Cuda, and a Fabled Triloun up. Thanks to them wandering, I was able to snag them single.
Fabled Ferocious Barracuda. From the entrance, go in to the first room, take the right tunnel, take a right at the dead end, and it's placeholder is the barracuda closest to that tunnel. Conned even to me at 83 every time I saw it spawn.
Drops Fabled Coral Hilted Shortsword. Bard only swarm pet weapon.
Was clearing all the rooms at the bottom and Fabled Frenzed Anglerfish spawned. Was db to a lvl 85 and max hit on 85 shd with max ca/cs was 1.9k. Droped Fabbled Mantle of Seascales--req lvl 62, AC 30, Hp 465, Mana 465, STR 25+1, STA 25, INT 25+2, Wis 25+2, AGL 25+1, DEX 25+1, CHA 25+2. I have a screenshot of both the mob and the item, but don't know how to post them so if some one will respond with how to upload them I will do so

Mobs encountered during the Fishlord event (spawned from either Fishlord Craiyk or Fishlord Lezom) --
Basic wave mobs:
'a reef anglerfish' -- level 65 'a fierce anglerfish' -- level 65 'a ferocious anglerfish' -- level 65 'a furious anglerfish' -- level 65
These drop normal 'fish' items for the zone (sparkling fish scales, shimmering fish gills, gemmed fins), plus ocean ink
No special abilities, no ramp, flurry, or enrage. Hit in the 600 dmg range.
At various, random points in the ring event, the fishlords will spawn a stronger mob that may drop loot. These include, in order of appearance --
'a hungry anglerfish' -- level 68 'a stringy anglerfish' -- level 68 'a wicked anglerfish' -- level 69 'a toughened anglerfish' -- level 68 'a foul anglerfish' -- level 69 'a dark anglerfish' -- level 69 'a superior anglerfish' -- level 70 'a prime anglerfish' -- level 70 'a prismatic anglerfish' -- level 70
These mobs can drop loots, but not all did, nor did the same ones twice. They can all drop glyphed runed words and spectral parchments.
These mobs also did not flurry, rampage, or enrage. They hit between 800 and 1100.
The final mob is 'a supreme anglerfish', and is level 71. It dropped a glyph, some ink, and Oceanic Kelp Boots. He hit for approximately 1300, and flurried. No rampage or enrage.
The Reef Of Coirnav (aka The Plane of Water) is one of the 4 Elemental PoP zones. Full details can be found here, but the short answer to what flags do I need is "all of them".
The one I always kill you go to the big pool form zone in hug left go to the first fork and go right. Then at the next fork take another right and one spawns in that room. Usualy dropped the PL greatsword too.
The trick for zoning into the Plane of Water: stand near the drake... face away from him. Go down near the little platform with stones and water domed over it and click along the outside edge.. face a bit northwest when you do this. Its tricky and it needs fixing.. but it's a minor fix as long as you know what you're doing. Note: don't get on top of the pedistal.. you can't zone in from up there. You need to be on the same side as the drake on the ground.. just facing the right direction (NW).

yes i am trying to figure out about the wise guy mob he stuns for 2k and hits kinda hard but would like to know his purpose and posibly name i am always going ld for him (for some reason)!!
named mob "hraqis arch mage" random spawn in the hraqis area, heard same loot table as chief haven't confirmed loot just location, I'll update when I do
edit: droped the algae covered chainmail rng rog shm tunic, very easy kill for 10 lvl 65's
For those interested in the anagrams of the Gods names, about halfway down the page here: http://amtgard.pinkpig.com/everquest/easterquest.htm has pretty much all of them. Hasn't been updated since a little after Luclin came out I think, but there's a lot of interesting stuff in the game.
didnt see this mob up on the list, drops runes, specs, and on the same loot table as the other 1 group mobs near zone in. dropped a 75/65 2hs 45ac 18dex 12int 12wis 18agi 125hp 125mana war, pal, rng, shd, lvl 62 sword. looks like a BoW.
Theres quite a few one groupable named here. Gigadon dropped a cleric only 1hb 100hp/mana item(effect same as hammer spell weapons) and Hammerhead dropped a druid only 85hp/mana effect evac shield. Also Monstorous Sea Turtle drops a bard only weapon that procs pet. Pretty sure these mobs all have other loots as well, would be nice if anyone else has info on what they drop could pass it along so people know if they are worth killing.
Some notable "named" mobs that we encountered: Savage Deepwater Kraken - dropped Phosphorescent Sleeves; Grioihin the Wise - dropped Ring of Algae and Lute of the Flowing Waters; Hydrotha - dropped two elemental plate molds; Krziik the Mighty - dropped elemental leather bracer pattern and elemental cloth cap pattern. Fun place, but can get very laggy watching 30+ people swim in front of you :(.
Umm the ruler of the Plane of Water is Tarew Marr, father of Erolissi and Mithaniel, not Prexus. PCs can't worship the gods of power. BTW the gods of power are Fire: Fennin Ro, Air: Xegony, Earth: The Rathe, and Water: Tarew Marr
Planes of Power factions have no bearing on your deity choice, nor your race or class.
Some zones are non-combat (Knowledge, Tranquility), some are low-combat (Justice)
For the most part the majority of mobs in the Planes I have seen so far are KoS regardless of the player's race/class/deity.
Which somewhat makes sense... I mean, follower of Innoruuk, like myself, would be kinda miffed if everyone else got a "home" Plane where they could visit their God and chill. Mischief and Growth are non-KoS to the right type of people, but they are pre-PoP.
You have to remember the gods didn't intend the second generation (player races) to roam freely in their planes, excepting those that were deemed worthy.
So if you're there, they probably don't want you there ;P
Again, that's not 100% accurate, some planes are exceptions.

This is not entirely true. When Hate was introduced, Innoruuk worshipping DEs were able to roam freely in the Plane. But then they were kinda exploiting it giving away info on mobs spawns and stuff. Oh, and Cazic Thule the god isn't kos to CT worshipping Iksars.
You're totally correct about CT worshipping Iksar and CT. The ikkies will be KOS to everything in the zone still but conning the main man himself shows warmly faction I believe. That is, until you attack him and kill him. Then you can kiss warmly goodbye....

Posted:Dec 06 2002 at 12:28 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Whoa! That's one of the ugliest mobs I've ever seen! It'd make sense, though, since if you've seen any pictures of fish that live at the bottom of the sea, you probably know they look downright bizarre.
This plane is ruled by Coirnav, which is the avatar of the Triumvirate of Water. The triumvirate is made up of E'ci, who is basically god of water in ice form, Tarew Marr, who is god of water in liquid form, and Povar, who is god of water in mist form. They combine to make Coirnav, the overall god of the Plane of Water.
If you read the info on the EQ homepage, you'll find out that the three combined water gods created a single avatar to embody all of them together, and named him Coirnav, hence the name "Reef of Coirnav". It is the plane in which their avatar sleeps, awaiting usefulness.

#Tyamat,
Posted:Nov 19 2002 at 9:36 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) So if this is referring to a coral reef, would this be like Kedge 2.0? And who's the boss (if not Prexus, maybe the Triumvirate of Water; check out the EQ page if u don't know what I mean).
Prexus rules the Plane of the Deep, not the Plane of Water. Plane of Water is ruled by the triumvirate of water (E'ci, Povar, and Tarew Marr). Corinav, the Avatar of Water, will eventually take over, but the Triumvirate is essentially the regent of the plane at the moment.
