a Storm Giant Warlord  

So, not sure if this guy has more than one spawn point or not, because at least one of the posts below suggests to me that he spawns inside Tormax's castle (if true, I think this would make his PH in there "a storm giant noble"), but I just killed him, and he was on the raised platform to the left just before you'd enter Tormax's castle.

From where he was standing, I think his PH can be either "Storm Giant General" or Dlammaz Stormslayer. Exact loc was -1180, 1620.
