Torn Brown Shirt*Just killed Raster on Ragefire, at 7:55pm MDT Sept.11, 2015.
Using the 3 cycle spawn:
Spawn at 12am -1am game time, left alive to despawn at 7am.
8am - 9am PH spawns, killed.
4pm - 5pm PH spawns, killed. (Raster spawned for me at this time)
Repeat cycle.

Raster has a % chance to spawn on each pop; there are no voodoo methods you need to use.

It's not about Voodoo, if the PH is up at a certain time, it despawns and respawns 2 hours (game time) later. So instead of killing it and waiting 22 RL min for a new spawn you let it despawn and wait 6 RL min for a respawn. You end up getting slightly more PH's this way if you sequence it correctly.

Sweet. I just got him on Tunare August 26th about 11:00 P.M. I had been camping him off and on for a few days, but not religiously sitting there timing out each PH and despawn. I just smash and he appears. Yay! Hope
