Casts "Tempest Torture" on random single target every 30 seconds. This is a DOT and a reverse damage shield.

As an enchanter, I IVU up to the top deck and stand in one of the back corners. There are, I believe 4 mobs + First Mate. Charm one of the pirates, then mez the rest while you kill first mate. Keep them all mezzed for a while and kill them in about 2-3 min increments. This way in your 15 minute spawn cycle, they should repop one at a time. I keep one charmed and cycle through them.
Pulling anything else on the boat is pretty much chaos. They will aggro the entire boat if they can. If you wanted to actually keep killing, you'll have to be careful.
