I killed him today and got the Choker. 85 Ranger with T5 Cleric merc. My cleric barely used 5% of him mana.

Here's how to pull.

Stand in hall to the left and kill the roamers. Pull the first mob infront you in the room. Nobody see's invis. Then you can get him solo.
