Pashia:

Does not depop after saying "Duram wants you to go home".
(That line just cues text, and spawns the mob to kill)

Does get up and follow you after turning in her blade.
(Her runspeed appeared to be based off the person she follows. She keeps up like a good pet. Havent tried it with anything faster than run5).

Does depop from WoS zone-in (aft ~2-3min) once finished with the escort mission.

Does not give out more than one 'Note from Pashia' after arriving at zone in (Tried to scam the system: both me & buddy killed Diam for the sword back-to-back. He turned his in on the spot, and we escorted her to WoS ZL. I tried turning mine in and saying 'Note' after arriving at the finishline, once bud had got his note. She wouldnt give me a 2nd note, but did eat the sword, forcing me to kill Diam again, after she repopped at spawn area).

Does STOP anytime a mob is within agro range, and will not move until the mob is dead (haven't tested if mezzing or charming mob makes her active again once stopped).

Does get hit if not careful. Almost got her killed when I didnt lock agro well enough, and a discordling agro'd her by proximity. HIt her once, and dropped her to 85%. Had time to recover agro loss, before another round came in.

Does repop in about ~2hrs (iirc). Tried running to NPC in Nedaria and going thru text again (ala~Redis - Irak spawn method from HoH). Couldnt force her to pop via running text in Nedaria.

Might* respawn after text in Nedaria, AND being w/in agro proximity to spawn point. It took me about 2 hrs of waiting patiently, checking Holgresh Beads to see if she repopped...however... after a short period, I plowed to her spawn spot, and she popped once I was w/in visible agro-range of her spawn site. May be coincidence, with 2hr timer, or might be spawning method.
