This is a large zone, and I've never seen this fellow up. Most people aren't hunting here and so rare named are very very rare. Can anyone give me a clue as to where this guy pops? What type of mob should I be killing to get him to pop?

he pops near the Griffon valley area, his placeholder is a rotwood strangler.
It must have a super long respawn time. I figured that it was that lonely tree I saw roaming there, but after I killed it, I killed everything around it too, and those respawned twice and never saw another tree =\.

It has a respawn time of about 76 minutes.
