I've been looking for him for a few weeks now to get the copper medal or war, and he's never around! Anyone know how to get him to spawn, or it he's even still around?

The Zone has been "Broken for a month or 2 now" . All of the NPCs and Mobs in the zone now are from the Original Grimling Forest. Which pretty much Broke Bst 1.0 and 2.0 as none of the old quests are active, and the new quests / mobs etc are just gone. The Devs are aware of the issue. It will be fixed via a patch but no clue as to when it will occur.
