Saxarivza Zaxun is no longer attackable.
There are two quest versions of this NPC for low-level characters to get guild faction in Neriak.
The Grobb version is confirmed as giving the note and working.
The East Freeport version gives the note, assumed the quest still works (as we believe it is the same quest with just a different start).

Usually see a few corpses of good-aligned players around where she stands in the giant pit in the revamped Freeport East. Caught me by surprise once on my lv 2 monk, as I had no idea I could get killed in my own hometown.
