Ninsei also drops Truefire Platelet Gloves. This Seems to be his Common drop too btw ... got 2 in 2 kills. He also seems rather Rare spawn of one of the Roamer Tempest's in the SE part of the Island, in the little Maze Area.
Ninsei is a Fun mob ... hits in the 900's or so, no Flurry or Rampage, but has a Nasty little PBAE Proc that Dispels one buff slot and does a little damage, fires like every 30 sec or so. I had 428mr at the time and only resisted it a couple times, just have a clicky handy. With 428mr I resisted the other Tempest's that proc this same thing most the time, but he is lvl 70 ...
