Words of PossessionIf this guy is not up, you need to kill his ph- a smuggler- that cons light blue to a 65 monk. He was pretty easy to solo, and both times we killed one ph and Anson spawned. When he spawns, you can sneak behind him if you have bad faction, tell him "I need to see Stanos" and Stanos will spawn. Stanos is also the only smuggler that still has old world models.
MAKE SURE you are NOT standing near Stanos' spawn point-stand on the table behind Anson to spawn Stanos, gods only know why but he won't spawn when prompted if you stand on his spawn point.
Also, once Anson is up, you can spawn Stanos all day long, so if you want to bring multiple bards and rogues for the head for the Guise of the Coercer (high elf illusion mask), you can respawn him all you want, so long as you clear any aggro you may get from Anson.
If you do want the faction, there is a quest to raise it.

Just do the bent card part again and again.
Also, there seems to be a "bum" near the water in Qeynos that you can hand 5 gold to for faction hits, but not sure on his location or any other specifics.

Another note about the bent card... it is NOT LORE. You can carry as many as you want.
I emptied about 4 bags, total of about 60 slots and made 4-5 trips. I went from KOS to Amiable with the Highpass Guards and with Anson.
If you turn the piece you get back into the rogue GM, you get the same faction hits that the Rat Misk gives you, but it's up to you if you want to burn your Qeynos Guard faction (now fixable with a loyalty potion).
So, 8-9 Stanos kills was fixed with an hour of back-and-forth in Qeynos.

The "bum" in South Qeynos is Raz The Rat Misk.
