In the Demiplane of Blood: Part of the Tier 3 Demiplane event "The Master".
In the Tower of Frozen Shadow: Part of the final encounter within the Tower of Frozen Shadow anniversary raid (see this quest entry for raid information).
In Castle Mistmoore: Makes a non-combative appearance in the "Summoning the Master" anniversary group mission.
In the Mob Graveyard: Was previously known to make rare appearances in Castle Mistmoore (perhaps only as part of GM events).

I think they should make Mayong some kind of quest NPC that can actually turn PC's into vampires. You should have to do some sort of epic quest that will entice him to invite you to the dark brotherhood. The benefits would be wolf/bat form, massive melee and mana buffs, but these would only last until dawn. During the day you would of course be severly limited in your actions. The benefits and drawbacks could be balanced out, but I think it would add a cool roleplaying twist to the game. Maybe limit it to shadowknights and necros only. They could also do it with the werewolves. Lycanthropy would be another cool addition. I guess the more variety in the game the better it is. Just thought it would be interesting.

As long as we're tossing out silly ideas, why stop with alcohol? I think psychedelic mushrooms you can forage that make your screen go all pretty, and make you get attacked by mobs that aren't really there would be more fun than anything... what better way to while away time on that 8hr camp waiting for Dilin Starshine to spawn... stupid STUPID Dilin... I'm not bitter, really.

I have talked to druids who have obtained magic mushrooms that make the screen turn colors.

Hey, dont knock his idea, as far fetched as it may seem, it would add a certain "fun" aspect and more Roleplaying quality, though, the idea of daylight drawback would make for WICKED downtime, i still think it has a lot more opportunity then yours.
