This guy pops on south side of lake, have been here a while killing the WHOLE tribe of Vas Ren. So far I've seen, Chronicle, Musician, Unifer and woodkeeper all pop around the lake, still no tactician yet though (. Don't ask details on mob, most are Greensome lb, I kite the whole tribe on FM.

No way was it level 40. It was light blue to me at 48, and only had ~1600hps.
The only drop was the chronicle
Edit: Killed it again. Both times now it has spawned at approx neg 1525 neg 870. Placeholder was a Vas Ren Shaman (Conned blue to me at 49).
