I have a high elf cleric who's 15 currently, and this trainer won't talk to her. I've done the quest for the merchant faction and gotten the Amulet of the Haven... What else do I have to do so I can train? Thanks in advance.

I have no idea. I have a dark elf cleric and have run the merchant quest about 10 times now and am still dubious to her. Any advice would be lovely
