This lady has me stumped. I've given her every drink that you can buy from Shadowhaven and Sanctus Seru. Thinking that she is a Wood Elf, I also gave her every drink that you can purchase from Kelethin or Felwithe. Since it appears to be a quest, the drink is probably player-brewed from a recipe only available from a brewing book on Luclin using one or more ingredients that can only be found on Luclin. Logic ok so far? Of course maybe she misses her fave player-brewed drink from Norrath and not Luclin? Taste of home?

Elven Spirits = Gnomish Spirits + Morning Dew (Brew Barrel)
Spiced Cinnamon Powder = Cinnamon Sticks + High Elf Parts + Elf Leaf (Mixing Bowl)
The trivials are in the 40s-60s and she gives you some XP and the recipe for Broder's Revenge.

This NPC will ask you to buy her her favorite drink and then she'll tell you a secret. A lot of searching has been done on eqtraders about this, but no solution yet. Yes, it's possible that it's just broken, but the more people looking the better, right? Check it out in the brewing thread at eqtraders.com.
