He was level two when he spawned at the house after I gave Altunic. It did take a while for him to spawn. I left the area and came back about 10 min later and he was up. Altunic says it is human rogue named Narls. The name is Squire Narl of the mob that drops the loot.

I've handed in the Note to Altunic a couple times now, still no spawn at his house. I've handed in the note while Altunic is in his house and when he is on his walkabout. Still no go. Anybody know if he has a timer on when he can be respawned?

I spoke too soon. Seems like it takes him more than 30 seconds to spawn, like the quest write-up claims. I think it was around 5-15mins

Everything explained is for when commonlands were still spilt into 2 zones. Cant seem to get the guy to pop. or if he is spawning, I cant find him.

he is a pushover for me and my 15 shadowknight I whooped his butt all across EC but he seems to drop little or nothing!
this guy is serious undercon.
When I was low teens or so and he was green to me, he kicked my **** seriously.
I saw him up today with my 13 bard in EC.
I guess someone triggered him.
He HT for about 40, seems to regen good, but my uberific bard dot and twisting healing made him run.
I was down to half health. Can you believe that from a green?

I have never seen this guy...I would like to kill him and make squire burgers with cheese.
