He gives no faction when slain. I've seen him drop Busted Prayer Beads, Human Blood, a Torch, and a Rat Shaped Ring.

I have been told that brother trintle is a BAD brother and by killing him u get no bad faction and he drops a ring with some nothing stats
The other thing that I saw walking through WK tonight (near the QH zone line) is that Brother Estle and Brother Trintle are KoS to each other (and since they're both healers and of equal level, it's a long drawn out fight to watch).
