I'm about to do the gale weaver quest for another nice richt clicky. (8hp/tick regen, excellent for relieving the cleric in a manafree way) But i'm in need of getting faction. figured out that the best way to take em down in an easy fashion is to charm a giant anaconda with call of karana and hasting it with savage spirit. Root and rot takes much more time compared to this and is less mana efficient. Still a whole lot of these scumbags to go before getting allied though, but this way it makes besides faction also quite decent aa exp. Beware for charmbreaks though.

These, along with turning in the Gnoll teeth, are about the only way I'm ever gonna get back in Surefall Glades again. KInda killed Holly one to many times PL a friend. LOL who knew they were gonna put a druid portal in SF glades.. Oh . at least they are blue (mostly) to my 56 druid... Yeah , been playing since day 1. Just don't have near enough time to play 4-5 hours a day

A Darkpaw Warrior have between 3600 and 4600 HP.
Pretty easy to kill with my necro.
Buff on : Shield, DMF ... opt. sow, C3 & potg.

Pet taunt off
Snare (Insidious Retrogression)
Invoke Fear
Envenomed Bolt
Med
You gain experience in less than 90 sec.

Spawn time is 15 min.
In the Dead pit, you can kill 7 mob then med before the first one re-spawn. moy. of 20 ~ 35 pp + loot per circle.

I go there frequently w/ a 54ranger, 40 cleric and wipe out the gnoll cave... its pritty easy as long as u dont get more then two mobs on ya... When my 40 bard and 45 shammy friend jump in its cakely

At least some of the Darkpaw Warriors run very fast -- faster than JBoots, so as fast or faster than SoW. I've tried dispelling them multiple times (in case they were buffed by the Oracles) but that didn't seem to make a difference. I'll try that some more.

Caster's realm says that they're bards, but they seem to have too many hitpoints for that.

They get buffed by shammies.

I charmed one and it had about 4-5 buffs on it including Spirit of Bih'Li .

So I am a 57 mage on xev, I like to solo in the caves as it is good and safe xp. But I have never seen a 'light blue' warrior. The lowest level that cons dark blue to 57 is level 43 (your level times 0.75 rounded up is the lowest dark blue). So I think they are a little higher than level 37. Just fyi. I think they also have between 4 to 6 khp also.

50 Paladin, twinked hardcore...strolls into zone and heads for Darkpaws. I took a few down pretty easy, then all of a sudden, 2 warriors and a Mystic jump me and I'm dunfor. Tried it with a 38 Rogue and 41 BST just prior and we got beaten down too. These mobs are not to be taken lightly, they hit for 120 at the most that I've seen.

I am a level 53 ranger on Zeb. I am unable to solo ANY of the Darkpaw Gnolls (which may say more about me then them). But every Darkpaw Gnoll cons Dark Blue to me. I would suggest that most of the lower level descriptions need to be raised to a more appropriate level.

This creature conned red to a lvl 39 Ranger. I was with him pulling from the hole, they're db to me, but red to him... estimated lvl is range is probably 37-45 -- becuase I have seen yellow warriors as well =)

Some of these have around 5k hitpoints... I found one that was at 50-60 pct health, and dumped 3k worth of nukes into it before I put it down.
