I was in Echo with a 20's group of dark elves, so we checked out the merchant area. Was surprised to find all the NPCs there conned "kindly", including this guy. I right-clicked him but was told to go away because I'm not a cleric, so then we sent our cleric to talk to him. He's sort of a cleric GM. I say "sort of" because he doesn't offer training in all the skills you'd expect; in particular, he doesn't list the magic skills. Not sure if he has any other purpose.
In contrast, the SK GM nearby did offer training in the magic skills.

What faction is he on. I went in there to look around and he scowled ready to attack while others were doubious. Not sure what faction hes on, but its one i made mad.
