So of course, after hours of trying to find these guys, operating on bad intel that the place holder was the bats on the West side of the wall (it definitely is not), I now have them everywhere. What is missing, however, are the giant wood spiders that I'm presently hunting, which were very common yesterday. So, there's your placeholder.
It's retardedly long, about an hour or more to respawn. They don't share spawns with anything else it seems, as I've sat there and killed everything in sight. No yellow bees at all after killing hundreds of everything.
So, the next day I went through, saw the same number up (3 or 4, can't remember, but never more or less) and killed just them. Two pristine stingers, lucky me, as 12 before yielded none. Returned about two hours later and they were up again.
