solo'd him with my non twink lvl 62 war today dotted me twice not much damage went down easy .. dropped sambata rock and velishoulds tome page 75

Conned DB to lvl 62

aso drops sambata warhammer. has anyone tried handing in the named items to npcs in skyshrine ?

does anyone know hes spawn time?

I requested that the rune he drops be increased.What they did was increas the mobs attack.he now hits for 157 damage an has a additional 4500 hit points.an he still dosent drop the rune!i have tried this for over 3 months now.


Still think Sony dosent like wizard?

This mob also drops the Rune of Coruscation, the Wizard epic 1.5 rune for the Research test.

Soloed this guy.. easy.. with my 65 sk toe to toe :D

Solo'd him with 62 BST. He dispelled the pet alot so much of my mana was spent rebuffing pet. His resist against slow was pretty good, took 4 tries to stick it. About a 5 min fight and almost OOM afterwards, didnt have to hit paragon though. He's definitely not as easy as some people say.

I'm a level 62 shaman, and I have soloed other somewhat tough mobs.

This guy is way harder than I expected. I was camping my lucid shard and didn't think to con him. This bastard was dual wielding his sword and hammer. Hits for around 175, dispells, and uses necro dots. He made the emp of seb look like a @#%^.

The first time I fought him he killed my pet and almost got me. The second time I junk buffed myself and my pet. All my resists were over 150 and he didn't land a single spell on me. He still wasn't easy, but my bess guess is he would have been half as hard without dual wielding and if I had torpor.

I am not sure what Verant are playing at with this guy, I assumed he was a bug but as he is still there, maybe not.
The mob that originally spawned in his spot was a A Tribal Advisor, a 40th Cleric who dropped Cleric items, apparently this mob now spawns outside. Now we have a 60 Erudite Necro I mean, WTF? the hunting ground is really for High 30's to 40's and there is a 60th Necro in there...Who is also guarding the area that spawns many of the TS drop mobs making those quests even more of a pain than they were. With the exception of the sword, he is still dropping the original Tribal advisors items, so I still think this is a screw up.

A 60 druid friend of mine soloed this guy...he isnt hard at all, to bad his drops are crap, but I guess thats why he is easy

level 55+ mobs are immune to fear, so dont bother casting it on this mob, unless you plan on using it to piss him off

for a 60 mob that doesnt summon.. a crappy sword is what you should expect... if he summoned you'd have had to fear kite him as a necromancer. not that it would be hard.. he's got a really low magic resistance. a 45 druid put ensnare on him. so yeah he's a push over.. but he's also annoying =p

Killed this guy last night. Same crappy drop, but he hits fro more than 120s. Was hitting me for 177. Me (57 necro) and a 55 druid took him down. Couldn't root him very often and when it did land he brok it pretty fast. We were buffed on magic, disease and posion pretty well, all stats were in the 160s. We resited everything he casted at us. I just pulled him out from the back to the yard in front of the cave, and kited him there, this did take a lot of mana. He has hella hps.

There seems to be a pattern to the spawns in the caves. Three Advisors in a row we killed, keeping spawns clear - then the Primalist spawned. The next spawn in opposite room was Sambata Leader Karn. Advisor is 60 Shaman and fights dirty. Bring tanks. We took Advisor fairly easily with 55 Paladin, 51 Enchanter, 49 Cleric, 57 Druid, 49 Ranger, and 52 Warrior. Primalist and Leader are quick kills.
