I farmed this guy today for the hunter achievement and, with lev and SoW I could farm all three camps, Owlbear, Delver, and Ch'ktok in the 8:30 it took for them to respawn easily.

ravenous owlbear is at location -678.30 , 6.64, -169.77 on the map its says owlbear camp..
I've spent a couple hours searching for these things, and even asked a couple 40+ druids and rangers to try and track these guys... to no avail. Does anyone have the /loc of their spawn?

Found one where the 2 grimy cubs spawn. about -600 by zero. On the map it's the small tunnel that ends as it goes toward the deadend opposite marked by a 4 (where the miners are)
Very close to the largest cavern with the shadow haven zone and recondite camps in it. Take the northmost path out.

i got befrend animal to stick on him when i was lvl 18 with no problem (30 druid)

yellows can only be 1 or 2 higher

One of these things conned yellow to my 18 enchanter,
It hit for 42 points so Im assuming it was 2 levels higher. ~20
