The conversations lead nowhere. I killed them both, no faction modifiers, no loot.
In the New Nek Forest he spawns at 195, -603. When hailed he says....
"Slarin K'Vekn peers at you with glazed eyes from beneath heavy eyelids 'You do not seem to be near death. If you have come to the (Ultricle) to slavage from the dead lika a scavenger wolf then go about your business and leave me to suffer'
Have tried saying multiple things to him...but no response...any ideas??

Try saying "what Ultricle?" to him. Still don't know what he's for, but he has more to say.

Where is this guy? Or was he recently removed?
I usually see him and the female DE over in the rocky area near the Lavastorm zone where all the undead spawn.
If you were me and I were you, would we still be friends?
Go to the far NW corner where the undead spawn...does nada as fas as I can tell, lol ...
He conned blue to my level 18 the other day.
