a grimling laborer  

Well .. here some facts too ...

There is only ONE Laborer. He spans in the cave near Katta, and than starts wandering around between the east and west cave ..
He is definitly NO placeholder for any other grim here. (so not even fur the runner)

Laborers have approx. 80 % of the time one ore more orepieces with them ... so they are the most worthy orebringers in the zone .. but ... well .. as mentioned ... there is only ONE of him in the zone at a time. But therefore he is a regular spawn, as his path belongs all to himself.

I am convinced that the Laborer is a PH for the Grimling Runner. I have camped the grim cave at n1700 p400 many times and I always pick off the 'roamers' that go by the entrance. I have followed the pathing of the mobs that roam in addition to the pathing as I pull from the two at the entrance and those from inside. Each time I killed the runner, he was following the EXACT pathing that the laborer does. Incidentally I pull the laborer just for the acrylia and it seems to have the same loot table of acrylia as the orefinders. I killed the grim runner 3 times so far and none were when I sat at the entrance to Grimling forest. All three times the runner was walking by the cave entrance the way the laborer does. The laborer is much much more common of a spawn. There is occasionally a orefinder or geomancer roamer that walks by the cave front (which I also pick off for his loot,) but they dont follow the same path as the laborer/runner. They walk a little closer to the south zone wall and head straight over the hill to the east heading toward the zone to grim forest. The runner/laborer walk out at a little angle kind of north-east and then cut up the hill to the east. I have not seen the spawn spot for the laborer/runner, meaning I have not personally watched them pop from the sky and drop like I see the sonic wolves and coterie and the troj kegs do.
Also, as for laborer loot, I have not seen anything odd ever. Nothing nodrop except the grimling blood that all the grimlings can have. I think I would expect to see some 'mark' or 'stone' or something like all the other Twilight armors have if it was one of those quests. So the laborer 'maybe-maybe not' for being for its own quest instead of just being a PH for the runner like I strongly think it is.
I am open if others have a disputing view point, but I carefully watch pathing, often quite a bit more than others I group with, and these two mobs have a uniquely suspicious coincidental pathing hehe.
Oh, BTW, ppl are always camping the entrance to grim forest for the pop of the runner there so they can do the ralic pack quest and get the 1000p sale at bazaar, and every time I killed the runner there were ppl sitting there waiting for him. Sooooo, if yer after the ralic, be advised that I have killed him three times when he popped AWAY from the cave entrance at a different spawn spot.

What's the deal with this one? I've been camping Tenebrous for Acrylia, and every time someone does a camp check there's someone else looking for the Laborer.
