I found this particular guy in "The Pit". the ramps that lead to the kobald village do actually go down as well. You have to slide down to the bottom and the last fall through the hole drops you into a room with a couple of Kobalds in it. From then on, its a series of interconnected rooms, each with 2 Kobalds. The rooms are close to each other so you can get pulls that will cross from one room to another. Use Pacify generously and you will be fine. I 2-boxed with a BL and Enchie (both lvl 55). A friend joined me with his Wizzy and we did fine.
